How many classes should you schedule?
Consider scheduling 1-2 introductory classes at first. This is a simple, cost-effective way of seeing what your employees are wanting from the program, and how I can assist your needs.

How often should your organization hold classes?

To get the maximum benefit, the recommendation is at least 1 class each week.

What time of day should you hold classes?

It's really up to you!  Here are a couple of ideas to consider...
  • Morning-to get the workday started
  • Midday-to get your employees through the afternoon slump & ready with fresh ideas
  • an After-work treat to wind-down from the hectic day
How is each class conducted?
I start with guiding you through clearing the mind and working on deep relaxing breathing techniques.  This is followed by gentle stretches and exercises, with a relaxation component at the end to get the employees grounded and stress-free.  *1 Hour*

Another option is Stress-Reducing Workshop at your facility that is done with the use of chairs.  Employees can stay dressed in work clothing, and I will guide them through stress-reducing techniques and gentle stretching exercises. This workshop can be presented in 30-minute or 60-minute intervals.

Are there any restrictions or special requirements?

No.  This class is appropriate for all levels and abilities--No experience is necessary.  I have all the supplies we will need.  You will need to provide some open space (such as a board room) and that's all!
