Victoria is a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor that has studied under Gopi Kinnicutt through  the Yoga Bhakti Fusion School.  She later earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher status with the Yoga Alliance.

Jennifer Varano,

While understanding the importance of balance between mind, body and spirit, Jennifer Varano’s yoga classes are relaxing, energetic and fun. Jennifer frequently integrates various styles of music, essential oils and candles to help make her classes more comfortable and inviting. Typically, in some of her more intermediate classes, she likes to add more vigorous routines and dance sequences, creating unique and stylistic classes.

Jennifer spent most of her childhood and teenage years studying  dance and gymnastics. Since discovering yoga several years ago, she has been consistently expanding her practice.
She also enjoys practicing yoga outdoors with the natural sounds and ambiance of the earth.

Jennifer has completed her yoga training in comparative yoga through experiencing and comparing several yoga styles.  She has completed yoga certification through Lotus Gardens and qualifies for 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher status through the Yoga Alliance.
